3. Offer and Contract

Product displays are not binding offers. A purchase contract is created when you complete checkout and we confirm the order.

4. Prices & Shipping

All prices are in EUR incl. VAT.

Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

5. Delivery

Shipping is handled via DSers/AliExpress. Typical delivery time is 7–21 working days depending on the destination.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:
– Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex – via Stripe)
– PayPal
– Apple Pay / Google Pay (depending on device and availability)

Customers from Switzerland can pay easily by credit card or PayPal.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to cancel your order. Details in our Return Policy section.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until fully paid.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Governing Law

Swiss law applies. EU customers retain mandatory consumer protection rights.
